The Times reported today that “ABC and its parent, Disney, are mulling the future of the actor Isaiah Washington.”

[A Disney] executive, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because company officials were instructed not to go beyond a prepared statement, said that Mr. Washington’s behavior could be considered grounds for dismissal under Disney’s corporate antidiscrimination policy.

Washington’s new publicist (he fired his last one after ABC issued its statement last week) has yet to comment on his planned meeting with Neil Giuliano, the president of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation.
