The red carpet has been busy this week with all these movie premieres. Exclusive photos (Thanks Clint Spaulding/Patrick McMullan Company) from the NYC premiere of I Love You Phillip Morris, which took place at the SVA Theater on Monday night. The photos feature stars Jim Carrey and Rodrigo Santoro, directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, and the real life Phillip Morris, played by Ewan McGregor in the film. Rodrigo Santoro was voted one of People Magazine’s Sexiest people in the World and is one of those Brazilian heartthrobs you cannot miss while Jim Carrey never seems to let us down in a movie. I Love You Phillip Morris opens in select cities on December 3rd.

Who would have thought that Matthew Morrison had such hot abs. The FOX TV star recently did a photo shoot with Norman Jean Roy that took place September 25 in Malibu, California.

The original plan was to shoot a humorous cover with the Glee star but were scrapped once the creative team at Details discovered what Morrison looked like shirtless. It’s easy to see why the talented Mr. Schuester has provided grown-ups a reason to watch the hit Fox show! But when school lets out, Morrison has even greater adult-contemporary ambitions – like becoming the next Michael Bublé. And while rumors swirl about some of his co-stars turning into divas in the light of their new found fame, it’s nice to hear that Morrison, according to writer Claire Hoffman, is remarkably well-adjusted and “has resisted becoming an a**hole as a result of his success.”

“I definitely hooked up with a lot of girls when I was a young guy on Broadway. It was exciting. Very joyous and free.” But Morrison didn’t shed his inhibitions entirely. Being perceived as a sex object confused him (and still does). “I’m not comfortable with the idea of my sex appeal, but I know in my job I have to use it. I wish I could say I got to this point in my career based on my talent, but I don’t think that’s true.”

Regarding Mr. Shuester’s co-stars: “I am a teacher to them,” Morrison says of the younger castmates he refers to as “the kids.” “I’ve taken a few under my wing. I don’t want to say they idolize me, but…” he trails off, realizing how this might sound. He’s careful about what he says and wishes some of his colleagues were a little less publicity-driven. “Yeah, I find myself learning a lot from the set. Burlesque had its world premiere in Hollywood at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre last night and you know we are excited for this movie to finally come out! With Madonna and the new teen clothing line she worked with her daughter we just wonder where Madonna the Material Girl will be for the parade. Hopefully she is done with promoting that and can move on to her next album!
