For the past 5 days I've been unable to log into my account. It states my member name or password are incorrect. I have also been unable to e-mail gay.com regarding this problem. My e-mails are returned saying the addresses are insufficient. When I call HereMedia, I cannot speak to anyone live at gay.com, only leave messages. Is anybody else having this problem? I called and was told it was only happening to me, despite the fact that several other members told me it was happening to them also. The tech documented that I was on dial up after I told him I was not. If enough people call in to report the problem they may start looking at their website in stead of blaming user's isps.
