		<description>Overall I agree- but maybe not so much on the details.  I think EVERYONE has a different body with different needs, so daily values and daily recomendations are just absured.  

I do agree that Diet Drinks, and most sodas, and probably most alcohol, is pure toxic to the body.  Just use wise decisions about food- and feel great! and age less! ;-)</description>

I do agree that as a people we just do not eat well enough.
Sad fact that the foods that are pariah are the really delicious or absolutely easy foods
5 vegs AND 5 fruit a day!!
That&#039;s a tall order but hey if it means a healthier you, perhaps it&#039;s worth the effort

Interesting that Dr. Weil&#039;s recommendations actually would help attain fat loss as well

		<description>It does look rather nice, and I think some of the general tips are good, but this is also clearly the Food Pyramid for Wealthy People.  Those specialized soy things, fancy mushrooms, etc, are all super-expensive!  And I never drink caffeine other than tea, but all my tea is black.  What&#039;s the point, otherwise? Green tea has a bit of caffeine but you have to drink a ton of it.  Good luck, though!  I hope it works for you :-)</description>
